Learn About Financial Modeling!
The Finance Association will be offering a Financial Modeling Workshop this spring! Brian Leu, a NYU Stern School of Business graduate, will be teaching this workshop to help students better prepare for internships and post-graduate careers. This is going to be an exceptional workshop that emphasizes real-world experience. If you are looking for practical training, then this is the workshop for you!

Brian's background includes direct experience in Corporate Finance, Equity Research, Credit Research, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity. He has performed complex financial modeling for a variety of audiences and for a variety of purposes.

Don't miss this exciting opportunity! The Finance Association will be hosting Shadow Day with an international investment firm on February 20 from 9am-1pm. UC Davis alum Marios Gregoriou is the Managing Director of Elite Capital Services and Gregotrade, companies specializing in investments and international trade. This is an exciting opportunity for students to see what a day-on-the-job is like for these industries.

Join Us for Finance Association Movie Night!
The Finance Association will be showing the movie Barbarians at the Gate on Thursday, February 19. Free dinner will be provided! The movie is about the leveraged buyout of RJR Nabisco. It is highly recommended by UC Davis MBA Professor Brad Barber. Details on the location and time TBA.
